Job Description
- Lead the Projects with responsibility for delivery of projects in line business objectives with a focus on cost quality safety and schedule for project delivery.
- Ensure robust planning and coordination with the entire team to achieve the project plan
- Present and finalize a project plan along with budget for the project;
- Will lead and manage to monitoring the quality of the project developed to ensure customer satisfaction at the time of handover.
- Will Coordinate with architects and consultants for drawings and technical discussions
- Will be responsible for mobilizing resources as per project requirement
- Provide monthly updates with plans and actuals cash flow requirements
Requirements
- Must have been in a managerial role to handle team
- Must have experience working with petty and small contractors.
- Must have had prior experience in working in residential development from piling to handover to customers.
- Must have worked on a project for a minimum of 4 years in Aluform technology/MIVAN shuttering plans and actuals cash flow requirements.
- Experience handling Highrise Residential Projects.
- Experience in Technical Design coordination.
