Senior Captain
Position: Senior Captain
Location: Nashik
Salary: 22000 in hand 25000 CTC
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant or banquet.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to guests.
- Manage and train the team of captains waiters and other staff.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
- Ensure that all service staff follow the company policies and procedures.
Primary Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to handle highpressure situations.
Secondary Skills:
- Team management.
- Problemsolving abilities.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
