Job Description
- Fill detractors log sheet.
- Performs periodic checks to ensure all customer facing staff are following Markazia SOPs (Complaint Handling Procedures).
- Respond promptly to telephone queries from customers/ colleagues.
- Ensures that the standards requested by manufacturers are followed and ready for outside audit or mystery shopping at any time.

- Maintains the coverage of staff required to best serve the customers’ requirements.
- Ensure analyzing and implementation of countermeasures related to Detractors and VOC.
- To ensure all customer enquiries and complaints are resolved in a competent and timely manner.
- Make sure to solve all complaints within the specified period and maintain the rate of resolution.
- Receiving and handling complaints based on company standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Direct manager.
