Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth

- Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution

- Elish clear client retention goals

- ist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software

- Promote the value of the product

- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused toward that mission

- Adopt and comply with success procedures, policies, and standards

- Keep accurate records and doent customer service/ success actions and discussions

Requirements and ss:

- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales departments preferably in the software, telecommunications, or major e-commerce player

- Proficiency in English

- Strong client-facing and communication ss

- Advanced troubleing and multi-tasking ss
