Factory Manager

Responsible for all personnel operations machineries and infrastructure from factory opening till factory closing.

Ensure smooth working as per planned activities and achieve all targets set.

Ensure all operations are done as per agreed procedures and plan and motivate next level to achieve their targets.

Manpower planning and mobilising people as required in different locations.

Cost control Planning and Budgeting for all consumables in all four locations.

Coordinate with Planning CSD QA Control and HR for smooth running of operations by knowing urgent orders and customer complaints.

Monitoring the entire dust collection and Gold Recovery Process and achieve the targets set.

Approval of general OT on daytoday basis and control to fall within overall norms.

Plan and coordinate for training for skill up gradation and technical/ soft skills.

Discuss relevant issues with top management for proper resolution.

Ensure smooth functioning of Store Management and cost control.

Monitoring Analysis and further action planning with the timely Generation of relevant reports and sharing of the information with the management.

Involve in any other activity as and when required as suggested by management.

Plan and implement to upgrade Capacity Technology Facilities Training Manpower as per new targets set by management.

Requirements

• Any Graduate
• Experience: 10 years as a Production manager (Must have handled production of Diamond Jewellery)
  
• Market Domestic
  
• A hands on experience of managing a team of 200 members
  
• Expertise in jewellery production Gold diamonds gemstones
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Effective team management and team building
  
• Strong computer skills (Excel Google sheets etc.)
