Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager with a passion for efficiency to lead a team of 10 employees. This role involves supervising all marketing operations ensuring smooth task assignment and completion and overseeing the efficient utilization of resources. You will be key in organizing the workflow preventing issues with deliverables and managing the hiring process for new team members and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all marketing operations and ensure tasks and deliverables are efficiently assigned and completed.
  
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for our deliverables.
  
• Optimize workflows by organizing tasks with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  
• Ensure all employee resources are utilized effectively and deliverables meet client expectations.
  
• Oversee the hiring and recruitment process for new employees and contractors including managing the selection process.
  
• Attend daily team meetings and set clear goals and KPIs for employees.
  
• Report directly to both company owners.
