Associate Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft pleadings motions and contracts.
• Help prepare for trials hearings and depositions.
• Review documents for discovery.
• Communicate with clients opposing counsel and court staff.
• Attend court and assist with trial prep.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the NV bar.
• At least 1 year of experience in tort litigation.
• Strong research writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Prior law firm experience preferred but not required.
