Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of issues related to information technology and services
• Draft and review contracts agreements and other legal documents
• Manage litigation and legal disputes as needed
• Stay current on industry regulations and best practices
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide legal guidance on business initiatives

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law preferably in the technology sector
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
