Summary:
Are you a skilled Attorney with a reputable Law firm looking to make a difference in the Information Technology and Services industry Qhanati is seeking a talented individual to join our legal team. As an Attorney at Qhanati you will play a crucial role in providing legal guidance and support to ensure compliance and mitigate risks for our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of issues related to information technology and services
- Draft and review contracts agreements and other legal documents
- Manage litigation and legal disputes as needed
- Stay current on industry regulations and best practices
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide legal guidance on business initiatives
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law preferably in the technology sector
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
