Sales Service Administrator

Our client is a reputable manufacturer of premium grass catchers for the lawn and garden industry. Their products are sold nationwide with significant distribution to dealers distributors and other manufacturers. As they prepare to expand into a larger facility they seek a dedicated Sales & Service Administrator. This entrylevel role offers an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in the business understand the supply chain and eventually grow into higher responsibilities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide client service.
• Track orders in process communicating with both customers and production.
• Perform data entry into the Order/Project Management Tracking system.
• Assist with production shipping or fulfillment when necessary.
• Gain an understanding of the supply chain and enduser relationships in the lawn and garden industry.
• Take ownership of finding solutions and being helpful to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detailoriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to learn and navigate a custombuilt ERP system.
• Willingness to assist in various areas of the business including production and shipping.
• A proactive attitude towards problemsolving and client assistance.
