Administrative Technology Support Specialist

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position directly supports the Chief Operating Officer of the Test Resource Management Center.

• Assisting in the operations and administration of the organizational IT functions
• Assisting endusers experiencing IT difficulties by troubleshooting and evaluating computer problems
• Providing audio/video teleconferencing support
• Escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support
• Liaising with appropriate DISA Joint Service Provider team members for IT issues and requirements
• Working with management staff and other users to determine life cycle refresh requirements of existing systems
• Defining analyzing and researching organizational IT requirements
