Minnesota School Psychologist Immediate Hiring

• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students cognitive academic social and emotional functioning utilizing standardized tools and culturally appropriate methods.
  
• Collaborate with educators parents and other professionals to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention plans for students with diverse needs.
  
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students experiencing social emotional or behavioral challenges incorporating culturally sensitive approaches.
  
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress share insights and develop comprehensive support plans.
  
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessment results counseling sessions and intervention plans ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  
• Foster positive relationships with students families and the broader school community promoting a culture of inclusivity equity and respect.
  

Requirements

• Possess at least a Masters degree or higher in an Educational Psychologyrelated field
  
• Active school psychology license issued by the Minnesota Board of Psychology
  
• Certification from the National Association of School Psychology is preferred
