Job Description

About the Role:

Our leading client is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join their team. As a Sales Executive you will act as a brand ambassador optimising sales opportunities with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sales Maximization: Utilize all prospect leads including internal and pipeline leads to optimize new and repeat business opportunities.
  • Target Achievement: Meet sales targets for units and gross profit objectives.
  • Sales Process Management: Efficiently manage sales processes across all systems including NRSM Focus Pro and Emaster.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain professional and efficient communication with customers.
  • Database Management: Ensure customer details are accurate and uptodate.
  • Vehicle Presentation & Display: Effectively present and display vehicles ensure professional handovers and conduct aftersales followups.
  • Deal File Management: Efficiently manage all deal files and related documentation.
  • Promotion of Dealer Products & Services: Promote and upsell optional extras parts accessories and additional dealer services.
  • Training Attendance: Attend all relevant training courses.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all brand and dealership operating rules regulations and communications.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
  • 2 to 5 years of sales experience in the motor dealership industry
  • Experience in a Premium brand is highly advantageous
  • Valid Driver s Licence
  • Residence in Stellenbosch or surrounding areas
  • Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
