Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
We are looking for a reliable Estimator to fulfil the role of a company representative that is the principal point of contact between a business and its customers. Estimators ensure current customers have the right products and services and establish relationships with future customers.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Ability to translate the customer requirements and accurately create orders and quotes.
- Managing existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers throughout the year.
- Monitor and track own orders from start to completion.
- Submits orders by referring to price lists using the correct information.
- Monitors customer trend and follow up if there are changes.
- Accountable for resolving customer complaints by investigating problems developing solutions and providing timeous feedback.
- Contributes to team goals and effort by supporting the team as required.
- Provide an Express Service as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS
- National Diploma
- Technical background
- CAD (2D and 3D)
- Code 8 driver licence (must)
