Plan coordinate and schedule technical training sessions based on organizational needs.
Work closely with technical team develop training materials and curricula.
Arrange training
Maintain training records and track attendance to ensure compliance with training requirements.
Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants.
Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify training needs and priorities.
Assist in the development of online training modules and elearning initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technical training methodologies.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
Requirements
Requirements: Should have 5 to 8 years of experience into Core & Advance Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring boot, JPA Knowledge of UML, design patterns, hibernate, SQL Server would be good. Hands on Experience on Web services with REST is a must and SOAP is nice to have. Good Command and hands on experience working on tool set like Eclipse IDE, SQL clients. Experience using Application server like Tomcat, JBoss, Wildfly. Experience with distributed computing is a plus. Familiarity with AWS is a plus. Knowledge on JIRA and AGILE Scrum process would be an advantage . Pro-active in problem resolutions with good coordination skills is desirable.
