    We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Relationship Manager / Resident Relationship Manager to join our NEXA team. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience in the automobile sector preferably in a sales or customerfacing role. This position involves field sales responsibilities focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and achieving sales targets in assigned territories.
  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:

      • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
      • Conduct field visits to generate leads understand customer needs and promote NEXA vehicles.
      • Provide personalized service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
      • Address and resolve customer inquiries concerns and issues promptly.
    2. Sales and Target Achievement:

      • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
      • Promote NEXA vehicles and related services to potential customers.
      • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective buyers.
      • Follow up with potential clients and close sales deals.
    3. Market Analysis and Reporting:

      • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify potential opportunities and areas for improvement.
      • Provide feedback and suggestions to the management team regarding customer preferences and market dynamics.
      • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities customer interactions and market trends.
    4. Administrative Duties:

      • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
      • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
      • Coordinate with the dealership s sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    5. Field Sales Activities:

      • Conduct regular field visits to various locations within the assigned territory.
      • Organize and participate in promotional events exhibitions and marketing activities.
      • Stay updated with product knowledge promotions and competitive offerings.

    Desired Skills:

    • Customerfocused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
    • Good negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
    • Familiarity with NEXA s range of vehicles and services is a plus.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
