Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced FP&A professional with a strong background in financial data analysis reporting and stakeholder coordination. You will play a key role in preparing and managing MIS reports supporting budget planning and providing insights to drive business decisions.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly MIS reports and management presentations within 5 days postmonth end.
  • Assist in the preparation of Board presentations.
  • Generate financial and business reports for Finance Heads and stakeholders.
  • Lead yearly budget preparation and coordinate meetings with stakeholders.
  • Monitor budget vs. actual MIS on a monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for business planning and longrange planning.
  • Provide data support for audits and analyze cost trends for optimization.
  • Develop predictive models for financial commitments and obligations.
  • Manage the yearly trueup/down activities.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Technical Skills: Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel Access PowerPoint) SQL. Knowledge of SAP and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Behavioural Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Team player with strong people management abilities.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication collaborative mindset and a proactive approach.
Chartered Accountant with 716 years of experience in MIS reporting financial planning and analysis budgeting forecasting.
