Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of the store managing staff and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
. Oversee the daily operations of the store
. Manage and motivate staff to meet sales targets
. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
. Monitor inventory levels and order new items when necessary
. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales

Proven work experience as a Store Manager
Knowledge of retail management best practices
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Customer serviceoriented with a problemsolving attitude
Minimum 13 years of experience in a similar role
