Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for an RN PCU. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Herrin IL 62948

Assignment Start Date: 8/12/2024

13 weeks Nights 12hour shift 36 hours guaranteed weekly

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess patients to determine their mental physical and spiritual needs.
• Assesses plans implements and evaluates an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team.
• Provides explanations and instructions to patient/responsible person.
• Demonstrate ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
• Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills.
• Meets Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
• Participate in continuing education.
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year of RN experience is required;
• Prior PCU experience preferred

Licenses Certifications and Registration:

• A current Illinois Registered Nurse license is required.
• Current BLS/BCLS is required

EMR System: EPIC preferred

Shift: Night
