Job Description:
Job Title : QA Manager ( WMS Warehouse Management System )
Job Type : W2 / C2C / 1099
Experience : 6 to 15 Years
Location : Alpharetta Georgia
Responsibilities:
- Good experience as a QA Manager (WMS).
- Create functional and technical specification documents.
- Review functional and technical specification documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Track open tickets/incidents in the queue and allocate tickets to resources.
- Ensure that tickets are closed within the established deadlines.
- Monitor adherence to SLAs KPIs and OLAs by analysts.
- Encourage and implement strategies for the delivery team to perform tasks faster better or more economically.
- Lead initiatives to ensure project compliance with Software Quality Processes.
- Ensure projects are completed within specified timelines.
- Promote teamwork motivate mentor and develop subordinates.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Provide application production support as per the defined RACI (Responsible Accountable Consulted and Informed) Matrix.
- Ensure timely resolution of application support issues.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
