As a Sales Executive you will be pivotal in driving new business and managing client relationships. This role is crucial for expanding our clients market presence and achieving significant sales growth. OBJECTIVES
Sales Growth: Drive strategic growth by expanding the client base and increasing revenue.
Client Acquisition: Secure new clients and enhance relationships with existing ones to ensure longterm success and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Targeting: Identify and engage potential clients through research and networking.
Product Demonstration: Present and effectively communicate the value of IT solutions to prospective clients.
Deal Negotiation: Close deals and oversee client onboarding.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients.
Sales Strategy Collaboration: Work with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting sales goals.
Proposal Preparation: Create and deliver customized sales proposals and quotations.
Sales Tracking: Monitor sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.

REQUIREMENTS
Open to: Vietnamese candidates.
Language: Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
Experience: At least 5 years of proven sales experience in the IT sector or related industries.
Education: A Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field is preferred.
DETAILS
Reporting Line: Reports to the Business Development Manager (Vietnamese).
Team Management: Individual contributor role with no team management responsibilities.
Compensation: Base salary of 2030 million VND gross per month plus a sales commission scheme.
Benefits: Healthcare package and guaranteed 13thmonth salary.
Engagement Type: Fulltime Onsite determined contract.
Working Location: Phu Nhuan Ho Chi Minh City.
Working Time: Monday to Friday standard business hours with flexibility to meet client needs.
