Responsibilities:

• Good experience as a QA Manager (WMS).
• Create functional and technical specification documents.
• Review functional and technical specification documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Track open tickets/incidents in the queue and allocate tickets to resources.
• Ensure that tickets are closed within the established deadlines.
• Monitor adherence to SLAs KPIs and OLAs by analysts.
• Encourage and implement strategies for the delivery team to perform tasks faster better or more economically.
• Lead initiatives to ensure project compliance with Software Quality Processes.
• Ensure projects are completed within specified timelines.
• Promote teamwork motivate mentor and develop subordinates.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Provide application production support as per the defined RACI (Responsible Accountable Consulted and Informed) Matrix.
• Ensure timely resolution of application support issues.
