Position Overview: The Sr. Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates for both IT and NonIT roles. This role requires a seasoned professional with proven experience in CV sourcing familiarity with leading job boards and the ability to handle client relationships and coordination effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage endtoend recruitment processes for IT and NonIT positions.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels such as job boards social media networking and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior recruiters and assist in team management.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sr. Recruiter with expertise in both IT and NonIT recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of CV sourcing techniques and familiarity with leading job boards such as LinkedIn Indeed and Naukri.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing endtoend recruitment processes.
  • Excellent client handling and coordination skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
