Oversee accounts receivable functions including invoicing clients tracking payments and following up on overdue accounts.
Maintain accurate and uptodate general ledger entries and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Assist in monthend and yearend financial close processes including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.
Generate financial reports such as balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements to support decisionmaking and planning.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities by analyzing financial data and trends.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and resolve any accounting issues.
Handle all aspects of accounting using Tally ERP 9 including data entry voucher creation and ledger maintenance.
File TDS PF ESI and GST returns and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and standards and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines including the Companies Act 2013.
Safeguard financial information and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
Perform any additional accounting tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the finance department.
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles preferably in a startup/ or fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles financial statements and internal controls.
Experience in filing TDS PF ESI and GST returns and compliance.
Significant experience working with Private Limited Companies
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Selfmotivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Office Hours: 5 days a week with first and third Saturday working.
Office timing: 9.00am to 6:30pm
