We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and drive sales in the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) vertical for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading bank and play a crucial role in expanding our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals in the DSA channel.
• Drive sales targets for Home Loans and Loan Against Property products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs to ensure consistent business flow.
• Strategize and implement sales plans to achieve growth in the assigned area.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

• Proven experience in sales management particularly in the HL & LAP segment.
