Our company is seeking a Senior Dynamics Functional/Consultant to join our enthusiastic and energetic team.

Qualifications

The ability to collaborate with a diverse team as well as work independently as needed.

Excellent communication skills targeted to effectively present information to internal and dealerlevel management.

Demonstrated ability to establish priorities manage shifting priorities and handle numerous timesensitive projects with multiple deadlines.

Well versed in ADO development of use cases.

Can drive requirements workshops can configure in Dynamics.

Ideally have experience doing work related to Health plans in healthcare space.

Experience working in a global team environment.

Business and/or consulting experience.

Experience in implementing organizational change management projects.

Extensive knowledge and experience with Dynamics CE.

Deep understanding of delivering ERP solutions and implementations within Microsoft products.

Certification(s) in Microsoft Dynamics desired.

Responsibilities

Perform consulting services to implement Dynamics 365 with a focus on the modules.

Responsible for the implementation configuration and the ongoing development and management of the Dynamics 365 platform.

Work with customers to understand their business requirements and conduct a gap analysis; convert requirements to functional specs and functional design documents.

Configure Dynamics 365 to meet client requirements within timesensitive deadlines utilizing implementation standards and tools/documents.

Provide ongoing support services to existing clients as needed via email/ telephone and onsite visits throughout the implementation process.

Ensure consistent release management change management and project approval processes.
