Position: Staff Accountant

Stardom Employment Consultants LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Staff Accountant.

As a Staff Accountant you will contribute to financial accuracy by analyzing monthly financial statement fluctuations assisting with expense reduction initiatives and ensuring all financial data is meticulously maintained. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment has strong organizational skills and is looking to build their career in accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support monthend closing procedures and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Process journal entries and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Prepare supporting schedules for financial reporting.
• Assist with analyzing fluctuations in monthly financial statements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  
• Handle all documentation and correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• Experience in general accounting; industryspecific experience is not required but a plus.
