As a Pursuit Lead you will:
  • Support the presales process by shaping and scoping deals according to customer requirements.
  • Work closely with Microsoft sales and delivery teams to define and scope quality solutions.
  • Deliver deal scope solution approach accurate cost estimates staffing plans financial costs risks contingency/risk reserve requirements and budgetary estimations.
  • Drive opportunities through the sales to delivery process.
  • Create presales and delivery resource requests (Global Resources Management GRMs).
  • Communicate with technical experts delivery senior management sales senior management and external partners to develop enterprise service solutions.
  • Coordinate solution technical and quality approvals for budgetary estimates and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Coordinate financial setup in the contracting tool.
  • Hand over sales delivery to the delivery team for solution knowledge transfer.
  • Complete the solution risk assessment in the contracting tool.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 46 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong background in presales and delivery processes preferably with experience in Microsoft environments.
  • Proven ability to shape and scope deals based on customer requirements.
  • Experience in developing enterprise service solutions.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Drive opportunities through the entire sales to delivery process.
  • Create and manage presales and delivery resource requests effectively.
  • Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders including technical experts senior management and external partners.
  • Coordinate and manage solution technical and quality approvals.
  • Conduct thorough solution risk assessments.
  • Work efficiently in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
