Job Description

As a Product Owner you will:
  • Become an integral part of our agile teams and scaled agile organization inspiring a team of developers with your vision leadership and focus on building the next generation of products.
  • Collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs translating them into actionable requirements.
  • Define the product vision ensuring alignment and maintaining a cohesive direction throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that reflects the vision and evolving requirements.
  • Manage the product backlog prioritizing tasks based on changing requirements and strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with the product team and endusers to deliver updates status reports and ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints playing a key role in the agile development process.
  • Proactively identify assess and address complex business and IT opportunities and risks collaborating with crossfunctional teams to mitigate potential issues.
  • Provide strong leadership by inspiring coaching and leading the scrum team fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the definition and monitoring of KPIs for the team and product portfolio ensuring a comprehensive understanding of success and impact.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 15 years of experience as an Agile Product Owner with demonstrated leadership in managing product lifecycles.
  • Proven expertise in setting a clear product vision and making aligned decisions.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate goals clearly and listen to feedback constructively.
  • Experience working effectively with crossfunctional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to adapt to changes handle setbacks positively and maintain focus on delivering value.
  • Deep knowledge of the product domain and proficiency in agile practices.
  • Strong time management skills with an emphasis on ensuring quality delivery.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the business context with the ability to develop clear and actionable roadmaps.
  • Commitment to maintaining integrity and taking responsibility for outcomes.
