Job Description

As a Financial Analyst your expertise will be instrumental in developing and updating cash flow models overseeing cash disbursements and driving forecasting improvements. Youll lead efforts to minimize variability enhance profitability and streamline financial processes. Cash Management

• Expert in bank reconciliation and automation in QuickBooks
  
• Develop and update weekly monthly quarterly and annual cash flow models
  
• Oversee cash disbursements ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable purchase orders employee expense reports and cash control
  
• Spearhead efforts to reduce variability analyze root causes and drive forecasting improvements and potential cost reductions
  
• Handle external financial reporting including bank covenants and investor relations
  

Corporate Forecast

• Develop monthly and annual volume and revenue forecasting models for each warehouse and consolidated models
  
• Create and maintain a 3statement model: balance sheet income statement and statement of cash flows
  
• Develop warehouse budgets and headcount plans
  

Weekly & Monthly Reporting

• KPI Reporting: Partner with the operations team to develop dashboards and define KPIs
  
• Provide weekly reports on sales EBIT cash and working capital
  
• Perform financial reporting: Compare historical results against budgets and forecasts perform variance analysis and suggest improvements
  
• Develop Tableau and BI dashboards for future reporting needs
  

Support Accounting MonthEnd Close

• Develop financial reports for income statement and balance sheet performance
  
• Provide backup support for GL accounting personnel
  
• Assist with monthend close through general ledger entries
  

Requirements

Gear Up: Essential Credentials for Seamless Logistics

• Degree in accounting or equivalent work experience (5 years of progressive responsibility) with 2 years of fullcycle general ledger accounting experience or a bachelor s degree in accounting with 45 years of forecasting and cash management experience
  
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Association of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) guidelines
  
• Ability to perform cash management volume and revenue forecasting budgeting support monthend close develop 3statement models and review income statements/balance sheets
  
• Enhance financial analytics while ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports
  
• Lead the development of advanced analytical frameworks for business insights
  
• Extract and consolidate big data sets into useful analytics
  
• Advanced skills in Excel database management QuickBooks and financial modeling
