Job Description
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our dynamic Data Analytics team at Booth and Partners. This role is crucial in driving our datadriven decisionmaking process by providing actionable insights and comprehensive data analysis. As a Data Analyst you will work closely with various crossfunctional teams to analyze complex datasets develop interactive dashboards and deliver impactful recommendations that will contribute to our operational success.
You will also have the opportunity to explore and learn deeper analytics tools methods and platforms as we continue to innovate and expand our data capabilities. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fastpaced environment where your analytical skills will directly influence our strategic direction.
Requirements
Data Analysis and Insight Generation
Analyze complex datasets using SQL to extract meaningful insights and trends related to Booth and Partners operations outcomes and performance.
Proficiently build and optimize tables in a relational database to ensure efficient data storage retrieval and analysis.
Conduct adhoc analysis and reporting as required to address specific business questions or investigate anomalies in the data.
Occasionally work with Excel files applying advanced Excel formulas and functions to analyze data and generate reports.
Translate intricate data findings into clear actionable insights using appropriate visuals and tailored communication to engage diverse audiences.
Dashboard Development and Visualization
Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Zoho Analytics and other tools to communicate datadriven insights to management and facilitate decisionmaking processes.
Collaboration and Support
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand their data requirements provide analytical support and deliver actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with other data team members to ensure data integrity optimize data pipelines and streamline data workflows.
Maintain and update documentation related to data processes analysis methods and dashboard configurations to ensure clarity and continuity for the team.
Skills/Experience:
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction manipulation and analysis.
Proficiency in Tableau Zoho Analytics or similar tools for creating interactive dashboards and visualizations.
Advanced skills in Excel including the ability to develop and implement complex formulas.
Experience in building and optimizing tables in a relational database for efficient data management.
Experience with Data Modeling in a Relational Database platform is a plus.
Willingness to learn other analytical methods like forecasting predictive analytics data science etc.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to collaborate with remote teams effectively.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver highquality results within tight deadlines.
