Project Superintendent - Zamboanga Project

DREAMBUILDERS PRO INC.is a wholly owned subsidiary company and is considered the construction arm of a wellestablished Filinvest Development Corporation. It is considered the youngest member of the conglomerate but the fastest growing company in the Philippines.

DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS

• Implement the Project based on approved Project Implementation Plan;
• Create Construction Schedule and Resource Loading in coordination with the project team;
• Interprets plans and specifications prior to construction;
• Lead and conduct daily walk thru at site to ensure all works Civil MEPFS and Architectural Works are in sequence and in sync;
• Ensure the project to be within the Companys QA target;
• Ensure the project to be within the Companys EHS target;
• Ensure the requisition issuances and the timely delivery of required resources on site;
• In charge in ensuring proper monitoring evaluation & reporting of Productivity Matrix; and
• Prepare Daily and Weekly Project Report to be submitted to the Construction Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Civil Engineering Graduate or equivalent (preferably Licensed)
  
• 58yrs related work experience
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to work in Zamboanga City Zamboanga Del Sur
