Job Description
Position: Senior QA Digital Trading (Mobile)
Location: Toronto Downtown (Hybrid)
Position: Fulltime
Job Description
- Bachelors degree in a technical field such as computer science computer engineering or related field required.
- 7 years of work experience preferably in a Banking environment with proficiency in testing Native mobile apps (Android and iOS)
- 4 Hands on experience with digital trading platform testing Quotes Equity Options covered and uncovered calls and puts Option strategies etc.
- Knowledge of Complete end to end flow of place an order.
- Experience in Wealth Management Domain specifically in Trading is a must Portfolio management.
- Experience with order management and trading applications in the equity brokerage
- Understanding of Trading applications trade settlement and Exp in testing of any trading app
- Strong knowledge of mobile application testing methodologies tools and frameworks.
- Hands on experience working with Xcode/Android studio.
- Expertise in API testing Functional testing User Interface testing Crossbrowser and Crossdevice testing & Content testing
- 3 Years hands on experience with automation testing frameworks and tools (Playwright for web / Appium / Maestro for Mobile)
- 2 Years Most Recent project experience with Charles Proxy AND Postman
- 2 years native accessibility testing using VoiceOver & TalkBack (all mobile testers run accessibility testing and work with team of developers)
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problemsolving analytical and decisionmaking skills.
- Previous experience/knowledge working with AI tools Browser stack & cloud device solutions
- Strong knowledge of SDLC Waterfall and Agile. Experience working in waterfall and agile teams in a QA function
- Hands on experience working with JIRA Confluence and HPALM
- Excellent communication skills to address all project related issues and conflicts within quality assurance testing cycle.
- Domain skills are absolutely mandatory to be at expert level automation skills can be basic to intermediate
