Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with NPPD CARE s goals.
• Plan and manage multichannel marketing campaigns including social media email marketing content marketing and SEO/SEM.

1. Website and Social Media Management:

• Oversee the design development and maintenance of the NPPD CARE website to ensure it is userfriendly optimized and reflective of our brand.
• Manage social media accounts create engaging content and grow our online community across platforms.

1. Analytics and Performance Tracking:

• Utilize analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics social media insights) to track measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing keyword analysis and audience segmentation to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

1. Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization:

• Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
• Optimize landing pages and digital touchpoints to increase conversion rates and achieve business objectives.
