Overview
As a Digital Marketing specialist you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance the organizations online presence and drive customer acquisition and engagement. You will be responsible for leveraging various digital channels to create impactful campaigns and measure their success through analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Optimize content for SEO and SEM
- Utilize social media platforms to increase brand awareness
- Track and analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics
- Create and curate engaging content for various digital platforms
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing assets
- Monitor and improve online reputation through various digital channels
- Identify trends and insights to optimize digital marketing performance
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
- Manage email marketing campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing initiatives
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience
- Brainstorm and implement digital marketing campaigns for product launches
- Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Proven work experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM marketing database email social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts strategy and best practices
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics NetInsight Omniture WebTrends)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Certification in Google AdWords and/or Analytics is a plus
- Proficiency in content management systems
- Experience with social media management tools
- Understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus
