  • Work Environment: Complete workfromoffice (WFO) with flexibility for US time zone shifts (4 PM to 1 AM extendable to 2:30 AM for meetings).

As the Founding AE/Revenue Lead you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth optimizing sales strategies expanding our customer base and demonstrating how our SaaS platform adds value to businesses. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound sales efforts including cold calling emailing and social media outreach to generate new leads and opportunities and take them to closure.
  • Perform tailored demos to prospects showcasing the unique features and benefits of our platform.
  • Build and manage a highperforming sales team providing guidance on pipeline management deal closure and customer relationship management.
  • Drive initiatives to acquire new customers while ensuring high retention rates through effective account management and customer success practices.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market reach and drive revenue growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing product and other teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications:
  • Master s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in SaaS sales in the North America market preferably AI domain.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets managing sales teams and implementing scalable sales processes.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficient in datadriven decisionmaking with the ability to leverage analytics and metrics to drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving ambitious goals.
  • Thrives in a fastpaced startup environment adaptable to change and ambiguity with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work in the US time zone.
