Job Description

Petite Amlie is a fastgrowing and dynamic brand beloved by young parents and influencers across Europe. We specialise in designing and producing beautiful furniture accessories and toys for nurseries and childrens rooms.

With online stores in the Netherlands Belgium France Germany and the UK three concept stores in those countries we are a vibrant team located just 15 minutes from Amsterdam right next to the Weesp train station.

Tasks

We have a position open for a proactive technically inclined Junior Project Coordinator / Product Owner to join the team and work directly under the Head of Growth. This fulltime position starts in September 2024 offering a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in further professionalising our international company and driving new growth areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Growth in managing and coordinating various crucial companywide software solutions (SAAS) to secure a stable technical environment;
  • Dive into technical topics providing detailed analysis recommendations and implementing changes;
  • Research and implement new software solutions to enhance operational efficiency;
  • Assist in developing project plans timelines and budget requests;
  • Monitor project progress identify risks and ensure timely completion of deliverables;
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and external software partners to ensure smooth daily operations and timely project execution.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or studying (business project management IT );
  • Good project management skills with a willingness to delve into technical details;
  • Living in Holland or willing to relocate (this is a must);
  • Proficiency in English. Additional fluency in Dutch German and/or French is a significant advantage;
  • Fulltime available;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
