What You Will Do:
Do you enjoy a varied workday that combines customer contact administrative tasks and project work Join us as an Operational Customer Management Assistant in Arnhem! Youll be part of the Public Domain Customer Management team managing your own administrative tasks while supporting business clients like municipalities and provinces from start to finish. This role involves conducting research communicating internally and ensuring clients receive the answers they need. Additionally youll handle queries via phone and email.
What Your Day Looks Like:
Start your day with a coffee or tea during the morning team meeting where you ll discuss the days goals and task distribution. Afterward dive into your tasks starting with incoming queries. For example a customer may ask about their connection details which you ll investigate in the system and coordinate with the right colleagues. Youll inform the customer that you re looking into it and move on to the next task. If a customer calls to change their address you ll guide them on how to update it on their online account and document this interaction. Your day also involves working on your processes like drafting contracts or updating connection details to ensure accurate billing.
Responsibilities Include:
You ll work in the beautiful Bellevue building in Arnhem easily accessible from Nijmegen with options to work fulltime or parttime (minimum 32 hours per week) and some flexibility for remote work. You can choose your working hours outside of call duties and meetings.
