Job Description
- Set change management strategies and standards ensuring alignment with agile ways of working.
- Collaborate with local PMs to embed change management practices into market behaviors communication and training.
- Build and execute communication plans including actions for markets and agile training materials.
- Host Agile Ways of Working Office Hours and recommend associate training for consistency.
- Coordinate team members align stakeholders and manage activities including followups.
- Ensure the timely delivery of project plans while maintaining adherence to quality standards and process improvements.
- Proven experience (5 years) in change management within dynamic and agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ways of working including communication and training strategies.
- Ability to develop and implement change management strategies communication plans and agile training materials.
- Experience in coordinating crossfunctional teams managing stakeholders and ensuring process compliance and improvements.
- Collaborate with local project managers to embed change management practices in agile ways of working.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct technical discussions and review project documents to ensure ontime delivery and risk management.
