As a Project manager you will:

• Collaborate with local PMs to embed change management practices into market behaviors communication and training.
  
• Build and execute communication plans including actions for markets and agile training materials.
  
• Host Agile Ways of Working Office Hours and recommend associate training for consistency.
  
• Coordinate team members align stakeholders and manage activities including followups.
  
• Ensure the timely delivery of project plans while maintaining adherence to quality standards and process improvements.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience (5 years) in change management within dynamic and agile environments.
  
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ways of working including communication and training strategies.
  
• Ability to develop and implement change management strategies communication plans and agile training materials.
  
• Experience in coordinating crossfunctional teams managing stakeholders and ensuring process compliance and improvements.
