Magento Architect and Company Technology Leader permanent WFH

This is a remote position.

• Design develop and maintain responsive userfriendly interfaces for our eCommerce website and applications.
  
• Collaborate with the development team to implement a seamless integration of frontend and backend elements.
  
• Optimize application performance and ensure high scalability and responsiveness
  

• Lead and manage our Product Catalog Team
  
• Translate business user and product needs into requirements (user stories and tasks) and a prioritized roadmap and product backlog based on business goals and resource requirements
  
• Act as the POC between management executives development teams and other departments.
  

• Provide strategic direction and technical oversight for all IT and eCommerce related initiatives
  
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies tools and frameworks to drive innovation and efficiency.
  
• Lead the architecture design and implementation of scalable secure and maintainable solutions.
  

• Mentor and coach developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
  
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and operations to achieve business objectives.
  
• Champion best practices in agile development code reviews and software quality assurance.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (Masters preferred)
  
• Proven experience in Magento 2 development.
  
• Experience in Office 365 and Zoho Suite is highly preferred.
  
• Solid experience and strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
  
• Demonstrated leadership in technology strategy and architecture preferably in an ecommerce environment with proven ability to influence crossfunctional teams without formal authority.
  
• Must have a high level of technical expertise and clear insights into current business practices.
  
• Expertise in Technical Management Technical Understanding Analyzing Information Problem Solving Coordination Strategic Planning and Quality Management.
  
• Certified Agile or Scrum product management is preferred.
  
• Excellent English written and verbal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
