Job Description

OVERVIEW OF POSITION

Broadly speaking the primary role of the Client Services Manager (CSM) is to undertake business development activity and support the Director in identification of prospective clients engagement with those client prospects (hiring managers) through multiple engagement strategies; win new job orders whilst building and managing client relationships that support the growth

The primarily focused on building a pipeline of qualified job orders establishing business relationships and fulfilling recruitment services (placing candidates) to a growing client base. The CSM will be targeted with arranging meetings for the Director to attend reverse marketing suitable candidates into prospect clients and securing new job orders (and gathering the required data to support the business in successfully filling these jobs).

The role requires the CSM to engage with both new and existing clients and favorably present the business as a suitable provider of recruitment services for those clients permanent job vacancies either for permanent Contingent Exclusive or Retained assignments.


JOB PURPOSE
  • Identify and secure new job orders
  • Accurately classify job orders into grade A B and C level roles (and assist in prioritising workflow for these jobs to ensure increased likelihood of candidate placements)
  • Engage with new clients build rapport set meeting appointments for the Director and remain in regular contact with those clients/key accounts as the point of contact for all outgoing client engagement
  • To reverse candidates to new and existing clients with a view to arrange client/candidate interviews and new job orders (and meetings with client contacts
  • To deliver superior service every time to both clients and candidates
  • To build manage and grow client relationships and add value to the client proposition offering
To source and fulfil (place candidates) Client briefs (job orders) in a timely and costeffective manner
  • Monitor their own performance and adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for each client
  • Agree and produce a SLA for all jobs including timeframes and Key Success Factors (KSF) to the Director on a weekly basis
  • Undertake active candidate sourcing and engagement on own and with support of Director and TAM as required
To deliver superior service every time to both Clients and Candidates
  • Meet all company standards on systems and processes to ensure superior service levels are delivered to all customers
  • Consistently update team on latest developments within their client base and market
  • Discuss hiring and industry topics/projects/issues with confidence
  • Is seen as a trusted advisor in their market
  • Manage both client and candidate expectations
  • Ensure regular and timely client reviews are conducted
  • Facilitate client Call Backs to monitor performance levels and maximise business opportunities
To build manage and grow Client relationships and add value to the Client proposition offering
  • Maintain and develop strategically important relationships with key accounts
  • Create milestones for account progression
  • Nurture and build a contact base of senior level decision makers across our clients and target market
  • Leverage relationships to identify wider business opportunities within other related client markets
  • Assist Sales function in delivering strategic Sales goals


Requirements

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration Human Resources Marketing or a related field is often preferred but not always required depending on experience.

Professional Experience:
Experience in Recruitment or Staffing: At least 35 years of experience in recruitment staffing or talent acquisition ideally within a clientfacing or business development role in the Real Estate Engineering or Build environment industry
Business Development/Client Management: Experience in building relationships with clients managing client accounts and negotiating terms of business.
Sales Experience: Experience in a sales or business development capacity particularly within recruitment is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the (Engineer Constructional Build Real Estate) industry or sectors the recruitment firm is targeting would be advantageous

Technical Skills:
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Experience using ATS platforms like Job Adder or other recruitment software (Bullhorn Greenhouse Workday etc.).
CRM Tools: Experience with CRM tools to manage client and candidate interactions.
Job Boards & Boolean Search Skills: Experience using job boards like Seek Talent Premium LinkedIn Indeed or other platforms and proficiency in Boolean searching techniques to find candidates.
MS Office Suite & Communication Tools: Proficient in tools like Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with communication tools like LinkedIn or InMail for candidate and client outreach.

Soft Skills:
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and candidate interactions emails presentations and reporting.
Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers candidates and internal teams.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills for selling recruitment services and closing deals with clients.
Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts job orders and candidates simultaneously.
ProblemSolving: Ability to understand client needs and come up with innovative recruitment solutions.
Team Collaboration: Comfortable working with a team such as Talent Acquisition Managers (TAM) and Resourcing Assistants (RA) and sharing insights for improvement.

  • Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time)
