Job Description
We are a recruitment company based in Colombo Sri Lanka and we are currently looking for a IT Support Executive for one of the reputed companies in Sri Lanka.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware software and network issues.
- Install configure and maintain IT systems and applications.
- Assist in managing IT inventory ensuring uptodate records and maintenance schedules.
- Respond to support tickets and queries promptly ensuring minimal downtime for users.
- Conduct regular system audits and security checks to maintain data integrity and protection.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support troubleshooting and system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows macOS and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills to assist nontechnical users and document technical processes.
