Job Description

Overview:

The HR InternshipUnpaid Internship plays a crucial role in supporting the human resources team with various administrative tasks and projects. This internship provides valuable handson experience in HR processes and practices contributing to the overall talent management strategy of the organization. The intern will have the opportunity to gain exposure to recruitment onboarding training and employee relations while providing essential support to the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities such as job postings and candidate screening
  • Participate in organizing and coordinating onboarding processes for new hires
  • Support the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives
  • Contribute to the maintenance of employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews and meetings
  • Participate in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Assist with the preparation of HRrelated reports and presentations
  • Contribute to HR projects as assigned
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  • Assist with maintaining and organizing HR documentation and files
  • Participate in research and analysis related to HR best practices
  • Communicate with employees regarding HRrelated inquiries and requests
  • Support the implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Assist with adhoc HR tasks and projects

Required Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fastpaced environment
  • Understanding of HR principles and basic employment laws is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace new challenges and opportunities
  • Previous office or administrative experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of HR software or databases is beneficial
  • Understanding of diversity and inclusion concepts is a plus
