QA Manager

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead mentor and motivate a team of QA engineers providing guidance and support in achieving team goals. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the QA team.

Test Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for software projects. Collaborate with project managers product owners and development teams to align testing activities with project timelines.

Test Execution: Oversee the execution of test plans ensuring thorough coverage of functional and nonfunctional requirements. Monitor and analyze test results identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Automation Strategy: Develop and implement an automation strategy identifying opportunities for test automation to improve efficiency and coverage. Collaborate with automation engineers to create and maintain automated test scripts.

Quality Metrics and Reporting: Define and track key quality metrics to assess the effectiveness of the QA process. Generate and communicate regular reports on testing progress and defect trends.

Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including development product management and user experience to ensure a collaborative and qualityfocused development process. Participate in project planning and provide QA input during requirement and design phases.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the QA team. Implement best practices and stay informed about industry trends in QA methodologies.

Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks related to quality and testing. Develop risk mitigation strategies and work closely with project teams to address identified risks.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that software products comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and implement necessary compliance measures.

Qualifications:

Graduation or above in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Proven 10 years experience in QA leadership roles demonstrating progressively increasing responsibilities.

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies tools and best practices.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
