JOB DESCRIPTION
Financial Analysis and Reporting :
1. Analyse financial results performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and costsaving opportunities.
2. Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders highlighting variances and trends against budgets and forecasts.
3. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support strategic decisionmaking specifically in building best market practices in internal processes.
4. Conduct comprehensive ratio analysis to assess the financial performance liquidity profitability and solvency of the organization.
5. Interpret trends and variances in financial ratios over time and across industry benchmarks to identify strengths weaknesses and areas for improvement.
Risk Management and Compliance:
1. Monitor financial risks associated with operations and implement risk mitigation strategies.
2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements financial policies and accounting standards.
Crossfunctional Collaboration :
1. Work closely with crossfunctional teams including operations sales procurement and logistics to align financial plans with operational goals and objectives.
2. Provide financial guidance and support for special projects new product launches and business development initiatives.
Requirements
1. CA / MBA (Finance) with the minimum 3 years of recent experience in Industry.
2. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
NOTE : This role is strictly 6days (MonSat) work from office in Sector66 Gurugram Haryana.
