Senior Developer

Job Description:

As a Senior Developer you will play a critical role in the design development and maintenance of our software applications. You will lead technical projects mentor junior developers and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain complex software applications.
• Lead technical projects from conception to completion ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Write clean efficient and welldocumented code.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with product managers designers and other stakeholders to define software requirements and specifications.
• Troubleshoot debug and resolve software defects and issues.
• Optimize applications for performance scalability and reliability.
• Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement best practices.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of software development projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
• Proven 4 years of experience as a Senior Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python C# or others relevant to the role.
• Extensive experience with software development frameworks and tools.
• Solid understanding of software development principles design patterns and best practices.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Developer Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer) are a plus.
