Position Overview:

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in providing financial insights and analysis to drive business decisions. This position involves working closely with the finance team and other departments to develop and implement financial models analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improving financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis within the manufacturing industry and a deep understanding of cost management budgeting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process including budgeting forecasting and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives capital investments and cost reduction efforts.
• Analyze manufacturing costs including material labor and overhead to identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide financial insights and support decisionmaking processes.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial trends.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels production variances and other key metrics to ensure alignment with financial targets.
• Support the monthend and yearend close processes by preparing journal entries reconciliations and financial statements.
• Conduct adhoc financial analysis to support special projects and business initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to improve financial controls and operational efficiency.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
• 5 years of experience in financial analysis preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems SAP Oracle Sage or Famous is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to both financial and nonfinancial stakeholders.
• Detailoriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and selfmotivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
