Job Description

Our client a world leader in diagnostics and life sciences is looking for a "Dispute Research Analyst" based out of Indianapolis IN (Hybrid).

Duration: LongTerm Contract (High possibility of extension)

Rate: $32/hr on W2

Summary:

The Dispute Research Analyst is critical in resolving complex customer invoice disputes. This role manages organizes and analyzes data or other information. This person acts as a resource in providing information to others to implement solutions.

Responsibilities:
Research and analyze pricing and contract data.
Partner with key stakeholders including the Strategic Deal Team Corporate Credit Master Data and Order Fulfillment to rectify disputed invoices.
Develop and understand contract components including sales and service data.
Investigate and provide recommendations to resolve invoicing issues.
Maintain reporting and insights to ensure accurate root cause analysis.
Manage incoming email and other sources of customer disputes to ensure tracking and timely resolution.


Experience/Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in finance accounting or related area study
Three years of analytical experience
Substantial Contract to Cash experience in SAP

Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of contracts
Comprehensive computer skills including advanced MS Excel & Google Suite
