JD/Essentials

Receiving of all incoming materials.
GRN Preparation.
Material Issue to Production against Reservation.
GRN submission to finance for bill passing.
Stock variation analysis.
Receipt of Capital items & its record keeping.
MIS Report generation.
Responsible for sorting of Rejected materials i.e. receipt rejection and line rejection and its Timely dispatch to concerned vendors along with necessary documentation.
Report to management & purchase Dept. for nonconfirmatory receipt.
Followup with purchase for PO & other discrepancies arises during receipt of material.
Inbound & outbound logistics activities.
Dispatches of finished goods job works material & rejections to our vendors & customers.
Documentation of transporters bill for bill passing & forwarded to finance for payment.
Maintain inward /outward records of FG parts in FG store.
Logistics tieup packaging material arrangement Bill passing etc.
Maintaining 5s FIFO in work place.
Ensure no line stoppage at shortage customer end due to supply of parts.
Assist the Store team in planning and implementing strategies.
Coordinating monitoring and reporting on daily operations.
Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory levels.
Ensuring the store environment complies with health and safety regulations
Ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed
