Total Experience: Minimum 16 20 years post CA in internal audit and systems implementation within manufacturing sector

Job Description:

• Conduct comprehensive internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and implement robust internal control systems to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Continuously assess and improve audit procedures and methodologies to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
• Lead and manage a team of audit professionals providing guidance training and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate audit findings into business operations and foster a culture of compliance.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing systems and recommend enhancements or new systems as necessary.
• Prepare and present audit reports to senior management highlighting findings recommendations and action plans.
• Investigate incidents of fraud misconduct or noncompliance and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits and inspections.
• Stay updated on industry trends regulatory changes and best practices in audit and systems management.
• Ensure timely completion of audit assignments and compliance with audit schedules.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• CA
• Proven experience in internal audit systems implementation and risk management within the manufacturing sector.
• Excellent knowledge of auditing standards and practices regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a team of audit professionals.
• Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
