Job Description
We are hiring Production Supervisor for a packaging industry!!
Roles & Responsibilities:
- In charge of all production activities in the shift for the following machinesBOBST Markandy Hidelberg machines
- Production targets including wastage to be achieved. PPC Quality parameters Maintenance schedule Manpower planning to be followed
- Daily job card shift log to be written. Shift production report has to be typed in Excel sheet and Tally
- we have planned ISO audit SMETA audit BRCGS audit etc. So the entire production facility to be made ready to face audit. Good manufacturing practices have to be followed
- Audit documentation to be filled periodically as advised
Requirements
Experience: 4 years of FLEXO printing of labelsMachine and supervisory experienceTechnical labour management and documentation
Educational Qualification:
Dip in Printing or any other technical Diploma qualifications
Requirements : Experience of over 8+ years in operations and people management. Good knowledge of different business functions in manufacturing and machinery Strong leadership qualities. Excellent communication skills. Highly organized. Strong work ethic. Good interpersonal skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in report generation and presentation. Proactive nature.
